Pizza Express Spring menu launch

Just came back from the Pizza express event.
Didn't expect it to end this late!

It was really lovely though, me and Seffie went straight from school to the pizza express in shore ditch where the event was held at. We got there bit late actually but it was okey as there were a few that got in even later than us. We were welcomed with nice goodie bags including wine, some pizza express sauce and an apron! Then we got drinks and migled with some really cool bloggers (I mentioned this was a blog event right?) After that their head chef Antonio Romani came in and taught us all how to make their new spring pizzas and we got to make our own. I have to say, they turned out really delicious. I made the shrimp one and Seffie did the vegetarian one. We got to mingle some more, eat our pizzas and then head home. I'm going to be honest here, I don't even like pizza express because I always thought their pizzas were bit rubbish really, BUT I really really enjoy the spring ones. They look bit odd, kinda like a donut with salad between so its like a pizza but with salad. Cheeeck it out in a pizza express near you, I swear they have like a billion of them?
